34th Amendment: Fair taxes

Congress shall make no tax law that punishes U.S. citizens for making more money, or that is in any way progressive in nature.  Any taxes levied by Congress shall be paid by all citizens and not by a singled out demographic.   No income tax shall exceed 20 percent of any residents income.
