I don't know if you guys knew this or not, but the President made recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board when the Senate was not on recess. This was a violation of the Constitution, but the media didn't pick up on it. Perhaps because they don't think the Constitution is a big deal.
But a Federal Appeals Court for the D.C. circuit has ruled that this was indeed unconstitutional. I don't want to dwell on this, but it's yet another example of how Obama and liberals in the media have no respect for the Constitution that protects our freedoms.
