Capitalism versus Socialism: the open debate??

We need to have an open debate between liberals and conservatives in the United States. Or, better said, we need to have an open debate between socialists and capitalists in the United States. Then we need to make a decision: do we want capitalism or socialism?

As we know, however, socialists in America work in secret. They don't want you to know they are socialists. They want you to think they are conservatives or moderates or independents, and then when they are elected they support redistribution of wealth policies, or policies that are socialistic in nature.

What do we want? We are at a vital point in our history. In the next two decisions we have to choose: Socialism or Capitalism. Which one do we want? What direction do we want to go?

Here are the choices:

Capitalism:
  • Belief in God
  • Keep what you earn
  • Incentive laden
  • The right to fail
  • Individual rights
  • Rights of Men
  • Rule of Law
  • Out in the open
  • Public debates
  • Limitless choices
  • Challenge thought
  • Freedom of Speech
  • You can disagree with me
  • Right to defend for yourself
  • Honesty
  • Freedom
  • Hope
  • Joy
Socialism:
  • Belief in the State
  • Redistribution of wealth
  • Limited incentives
  • Bailouts
  • Collective rights
  • Rights of Man
  • Rule of man
  • Secret and limited debates
  • Experts limit your choices
  • Limited thought
  • Political Correctness
  • State is always right
  • Protect people
  • Lies
  • Limited freedom
  • Fear
  • Misery
