The religion of Progressives

I talk a lot about priorities. Those who fear God, or about 90% of Americans according to most polls, prioritize as follows:
  1. God
  2. Wife
  3. Children
  4. Other people
  5. Birds
  6. Dogs
  7. Other animals
  8. Plants
  9. Trees
  10. Earth

Yet those who are progressives believe their religion is the state, and their priorities are as such:

  1. Earth
  2. Trees
  3. Plants
  4. Other animals
  5. Dogs
  6. Birds
  7. The State
  8. Other people
  9. Children
  10. Wife

This explains why science is often misenterpreted. It explains why Michael Vick spends two years in prison for killing dogs, and those who kill babies serve no time.

This should help you make more sense of other things progressives do.

There is of course a third way; Those who refuse to prioritize at all. God is best viewed through the person of Jesus Christ. How Jesus reacted to family and nature is the best representation of how things should be "prioritized" Any attempt to separate God from relationships with humans or nature distorts the truth of both. Quit trying to prioritize and look to the teaching and example of Jesus.

Jesus taught about prioritizing. Matthew 12: 29-31 describes Jesus explaining the two most important commandments. #1 is that you respect god with all your mind and soul, and #2 is that you respect your neighbor.
