Amendment 31: Right to learn

Section 1 The right of parents to decide where and how to educate their children shall not be infringed so long as the minimum requirements for education have been met.

Section 2  The minimum requirements of all children under 18, and those who seek to be citizens of the United States, shall be:

  • U.S. history
  • English language
Section 3  All other curriculum requirements are left to the individual states to decide, or the individual schools therein.  

Section 4  All funding for education shall be delegated to the states.
